Minnick Votes Against Economic Stimulus Bill

I’d like to know why, Walt.  (edit: Walt is a Democrat, albeit apparently a Blue Dog Democrat.  He won the slot from Bill Sali, ReThug numb nutz, as some are wont to say.)
