Blackwater’s Actions Unjustified – FBI



When Erik Prince testified before Congress, I wanted to reach through the TV screen and smack that smirk off his fucking face. Maybe this will help….

FBI agents investigating the September 16 episode in which Blackwater security guards shot and killed 17 Iraqi civilians have found that at least 14 of the shootings were unjustified, The New York Times reported on Tuesday….

They found no evidence to support assertions by Blackwater employees that they were fired upon by Iraqi civilians. That finding sharply contradicts initial assertions by Blackwater officials, who said that company employees fired in self-defense.

This might very well be Michael Mukasey’s first BIG case.

  1. They are a bunch of cowards who shoot first whenever they think they are in danger. Let the military do the job!!!

  2. Blackwater is protected from legal action against them and I seriously doubt this will change, particularly by an attorney general who can’t/won’t state that waterboarding is torture.
